A typical scenario is that an organisation has submitted a business case funding requests for improvement projects within their site or department.  Funding has been approved and timescales set out in the business case need to be met to comply with the funding application.

We understand that for our End Clients, delivering projects is normally a secondary role which they inherit to deliver an improvement in their business.  Typically, they would also be responsible for more than one project which can result in a heavy workload. 

 

We take on a Client-Side Project Manager role where we will act on their behalf.  We receive many repeat orders on this basis as we develop a professional delivery process from the start which aligns to our client’s business processes and we build trust through our delivery.

Suppliers / Main Contractors

 

A typical scenario is that a Supplier / Main Contractor has been successful in a tender to deliver a project.  Their internal resources are busy on other projects, and they need external resources to work with them to deliver the project and meet their Client’s timescales.

 

For our clients who are Main Contractors, we know that there are times when projects are in the plenty and there are quieter times.  It is not always economical to recruit an Engineering team to cover the busy periods, as during the quieter times the overheads remain constant, whilst the fee recovery reduces.  And recruiting based on quieter periods means that the workforce is overstretched during the peak periods. 

 

Where there is a need for additional Engineering Resource, Grationeer Ltd are ideally placed to provide this.  Many of our clients contact us when they have won a large contract and they need us to deliver the project or when there has been a changed in the recruitment and they need us to cover the project at short notice.
